Journaling: Shortly after you were born, your father left for Canada to find work. It was hard being without him. He had been gone for almost two months when I had finally received a letter. The day had been busy. I put you, my tiny daughter down for a nap and went into the garden. I always loved the garden .It was peaceful with the flowers just swaying in the wind. I could smell the fragrance all around me. I finally allowed myself to think about your father. I had picked up the letter at the post in the early after-noon but had not opened it. I did not want to just read it . I wanted to feel that he was somewhere thinking of me as I sat here thinking of him. Nothing else mattered at that moment but knowing he was okay. I read each word and hoped that someday we could be together but for now all we had were letters. Words on paper that expressed how we felt, what are dreams were & how we thought we would get there. An ACCI Lo for Paper House using one of their new Impressions line of paper and framesSupplies Patterned Paper (Paper House)Photo Corners and Frame…they will actually be Silver metallic paper….scanned poorly(Paper House)Printable Canvas Cloth(Paper House)Fonts (Dearest Swash)(P22 Ruthie)Acrylic Paint
