Here's my entry for the April KIAE and Tag Swap challenges. My swap partner was Daniel so I used items that he had sent me in the kit. The technique and theme challenge for this month's tag swap was April Showers and technique-watercolor.I started with a piece of watercolor paper that I cut to cover the shape of the tag. I smooshed distress inks in tumbled glass, squeezed lemonade, wild honey, and rusty hinge onto a piece of wax paper. I heavily spritzed it with water and placed the paper onto it. I did this a couple of different times with drying spells in between. Using kids watercolor paint, I handwrote the sentiment at the top. I added a few flicks of water to it after it had dried because it was a tad smudgy.colored the images with pencils and crayon, fussy cut nd adhered to the tag. I added the ribbon(it's the wrong side but I liked the green showing more)to the bottom and attached a ribbon to the top. Kit items used-mouse imageducksribbon at bottom.
