Here's the tag I sent to Rutabagapie/AJ. Our theme this month was to use school supplies on your tag. I started with a manilla tag base. Using Elmers white school glue, I freehanded a design and let dry.Once dry, I used Crayola washable markers and colored over the tag base. Using a damp paper towel, I wiped the tag clean so the glue pattern would show through. I added some stamped images that I colored with crayons. I stamped the school days on notebook paper and attached it with a staple. I added a paperclip to the tag, some rubberbands to the top, and using an EK success punch, I added the yellow notebook paper to the side. I really liked playing with the glue so I plan to make some cards with that method sometime :) TFL!
