Hey thanks! Sometimes, I just feel like a little kid coming home with my new project...ha ha ha ha ha.
Janette - I snipped into half of the paper *before* I rolled it up using the tool. Then, I glued it and let it dry a little. After it dried, I just spread out the cut part into the flower.
You really outdid yourself...again! This is beautiful. I'd really like to know how you did the fringed flowers. Do you just snip into the top of the paper before you roll it out?

Picture me running to the back fence to see who's around yelling "Hey, look what I did!" ha ha ha ha ha...I had so much fun creating this wedding dress by quilling, I just had to share! I was also psyched to learn how to quill those fringed flowers that I turned them into a bouquet. What FUN FUN FUN! Am I going overboard or what?!?! Hmmmmm...wonder what other shapes I can come up with. Thanks for looking. :)
