We havn't had any rain here for about 6 months now. We're in a severe drought and have all kinds of water restrictions, etc. I was so escited for Morgan to see fireworks this year because I thought she would love them. About 20 minutes before it was time to start, yep-it started raining! After months and months of nothing! So the city started shooting them off in the rain, but only managed about 15 minutes before they said it was too wet-it's usually 30-40 minutes! Oh well, she had fun anyways and even liked the rain (which she had never been in before!
