Requirements: Technique-water droplets;stamping and a starATC-Sponged on several layers of peacock feathers distress ink. Star stamps from Unity. Drop water from paint brush to create white droplets across background and blot. Brush water on inside of star and blotted to remove color. Added droplets of blue topaz color wash from Zia. Stamped studio G sentiment. Ran wet paintbrush around edges to remove color. Blot off color. Photo #2 is a closeup.
