I created this card to bring attention to my embossing challenge which will be open through Sunday evening. The challenge details can be found here: http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/ [twopeasinabucket.com] userblogpost.asp?id=73509Quiet Fall Moments-the base of my card is aluminum foil covered with alcohol inks and sharpie pens. Dry embossed branches and colored. Chickadee was stamped on thick cardstock and embossed by rubbing the back in circles with rounded paint brush handle resulting in the paper becoming curved giving a 3D look to the bird.Sorry this is one most difficult cards to photograph. I couldn't capture the depth of the embossing and have the it appear to stand out from the background. IRL the background color do appear to meld into layer of leaves with bits of sky popping through.
