Left tag-Dots-drop by drop technique was used to create this background effect on glossy paper with wild plum, denim, eggplant and cool peri alcohol inks. The botton section was run through the crimper and edges highlighted with Pilot Gold Marking Ink. I am disappointed that I can't capture the 3-D look of this panel. I love how the dimension captures the light as one moves the tag. I heat embossed the stamped image in gold on the background, added punched flower and fern from scraps, color a white flower and a white button with alcohol inks. Tag #2 on rightArchival resist on acetate-Glossy paper base was the same as the 1st tag. For the top portion on the tag I used the same colors of inks to create polished stone on acetate. After dry I stamped fern and butterfly with archival inks, I wiped ink off with a dry tissue. It took a while to prefect this process. I found I needed a lot of ink on the acetate. I also needed to re-ink my archival inkpad. Checking to be sure the stamp was obviously wet with ink help me be more successful in the resist process. Embellished with punched butterflies and ferns from scraps and alcohol inked flower. TFL!
