Here I tried to multi-task in making Michelle's Nanna birthday card. I wanted to try a new technique I heard this week from Maxiesmom over at the Stamp Shack. She indicated she had brayered the inside of a cuttlebug folder with craft ink to color the background. Of course I had to try it with distress ink. Yea the ink beads up nicely so no need to brayer it on…just transfer directly!…and no clean-up mess-I tried to clean it with a baby wipe but no ink residue! Here I used milled lavender ink. Then I had to try my new MS punches–now that we can buy them on sale :) Thanks for the opportunity to try some new things…sorry the stamping will be inside :) TFL…JanPS…The photo of the card seems to be picking up a tint on embossed flowers…IRL it is white and provides a nice contrast.
