This summer we made 2 big chalkboards to set out by the pool…one more fun thing to do poolside :)This page was created using lots of layers. First, I stamped with acrylic paint dabbers [twopeasinabucket.com] using the Studio Calico [twopeasinabucket.com] coffee stain stamp. When that was dry, I created a smaller irregular piece for the photo mat. I collaged little bits of patterned paper, stickers and die cuts along the left side of the photo mat. Once that was attached to the background, I stitched around it several times, using black thread in my machine. Along the right side, I used a lacy grey Studio Calico [twopeasinabucket.com] rub-on and Fabrip, and a torn piece of pink tape. Finally, I added a title with letter stickers and handwrote my journlaing.Thanks for looking! :)
