This was published in the Sept. 06 Scrapbooking.com Magazine newsletter. I started with a freebie download of blue swirled paper from Anne Langpap from 2 Peas. I changed the color in Adobe PhotoShop Elements 3.0 to closer match the uniform of my nephew, Jackson. I made a yellow mat from a piece of yellow paper from Jenna Lynne and then used the same yellow to crop it into strips. I added the black ric rac from SMD, also a freebie. The stitches are a freebie from The Shabby Princess. I used BaaBook Hmk Bold for the font. The photos were cropped and layered.
