I cut out circles and moon shapes from chipboard and covered them with glitter and rhinestones. There are rhinestones all over the page and the dark blue paper is covered with metallic spray. It's hard to see in the photo.
The photo was created in Photoshop CS using a photograph I took and a photo of the night sky.

Journaling reads:
Starry Starry Night,
Paint your palette blue & grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
with eyes that know the darkness
Shadow on the hills...
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.
