Journaling: Stephen, So ofton I find myself thinking that time is running away from me. You are quickly changing from boy to young man. I think about all the things I want to teach you. All the advice I want to give you. I want so much for you to avoid my mistakes. I desperately want to shelter you from any hurt. But then I remember what a fine young man you are becoming. You're already making good decisions and learning from your bad ones. You're already showing strong faith and a sound mind. So ever so slowly and carefully, I'll release you into the world - constantly reminding myself that time isn't running out. It's only allowing me more time with you.
