I made this little girl card from the abundance of cute stuff I got from Caribbean Girl in her Kit in an Envelope.From the kit:Images : Castle, unicorn, 2 clouds, 3 shells, sentimentWashi tape : chevron and “sand”shiny tulleI colored the castle and unicorn with Bic Mark It markers. It was fun to get them out again, it's been too long and they worked great for these open images.Clouds were fussy cut, stuck to a square of pp, then wrapped with shiny tulle.I covered the line of shell images with washi tape that looked like sand to me. It was nice and sheer so the details of the shells show through and they could be fussy cut.The shiny tulle was the perfect thing to add some pizzazz. I don't have any little girls in the family right now so I'm thinking of donating this card to Operation Write Home. They have a strict “no glitter” policy. The tulle was perfect because it looks glittery, but really it's more shiny, and I rubbed it on my clothes and nothing flakes off! Hooray! The cloud square is wrapped in it and there is a strip along the bottom . One shell is tucked underneath.Thank you April!
