I made this card from the kit I made for the “June Kit in an Envelope” swap. One of the requirements was to make an altered ticket. You can find more details about the ticket in this gallery post http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/153026-iring/2000061-altered-tickets-for-june-kiae/ [twopeasinabucket.com]I used three items from my kit:1. honeycomb embossed kraft glassine paper2. bee label stamped image3. yellow ticketStamps on card:Deep Red honey bee labelSizzix jar and jar lidThe jar base was stamped on kraft glassine, the jar lid is stamped on vellum. I heat set Ranger jet black archival ink. No smearing, yeah! The label was stamped on SU Vanilla cardstock with jet black archival ink. I colored the bee body with Bic Mark It marker and the wings are painted with Winsor Newton Iridescent Medium for watercolors. I used post it tape to mask the “white clover honey” section of the label and inked it with distress inks.TFL!Thanks for hosting June KIAE Caribbean Girl!
