I made this ATC for Daniel from the kit he sent me.From the kit:1. grid pp2. face on green index card3. face on white (Daniel sent two)I used the grid to zentangle the Kitchener pattern and shaded with pencil. The flower was made with air dry clay in a silicone mold and painted with Silks Acrylic glaze.I was going to tear part of the face to put on the tangled background piece when suddenly the right eye looked like a butterfly or dragonfly wing to me. I used the eye and nose from the white face, added a few dots at the top of the body with a micron pen and colored with distress inks and Silks Acrylic glazes. I cut a second wing from the eye on the green piece and colored that with distress and Silks to match. I glued the dragonfly parts together and then attached it to the ATC with glossy accents.I inked the edges of the ATC with distress ink.You can't see it here, because apparently I didn't take a picture of the finished piece! But, I inked some SU vanilla card stock and die cut it with Little B sentiment dies that said “for” and “you” and glued them to the lower right corner.TFL!
