Lickeyan sent me a package of images quite a while back, and these bicycles were among them. I thought they'd make cute Clean and Simple cards for her challenge: http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/mb.asp?cmd=display&forum_id=22&thread_id=3285115. [twopeasinabucket.com] Thank you, Ann, for the challenge.

I was grateful that Ann's sample card had a mat on it because I haven't been very successful making one-layer cards. Her other guidelines were:
“Two stamps may be used: 1 sentiment stamp (or typed sentiment) and one image stamp.
Colored card stock may be used.
Any color ink may be used for image stamp and sentiment stamp.”

I followed those guidelines, and I tried to adhere to the description of Clean and Simple on the Addicted to CAS Blog, “This means that you must create a project with very few embellishments (I know it's hard), clean lines and lots of ‘white' space.

”White space just means an area of your card with nothing on it at all. It doesn't have to be ‘white'. It could be brown, pink or red. Any colour as long as there is lots of SPACE."

After looking at many of the cards there, I think these would qualify; they aren't as simple as most, but they are just as simple as some. It's amazing how the die-cut mats and a bit of ink can take up that “space.” Well, since it's Hangover Week, and I'm not going to give myself a RAK, I'm posting them.
