Marshia, it's been a while since I've made a card; and thanks to your challenge, I've made four–these three and another one I'll put in another post. The only one that qualifies for your challenge is the yellow one. The others have more than one color on them. I posted them together since they are so similar, and I wanted you to know that you got me back into the craft room. Thank you.Cards:4 1/4“ x 5 1/2”Card and Mat–Bazzill cardstockFocal Image–Neenah Solar WhiteSandi Miller Art Stamp, F-3Michael Strong Stamps–SentimentVersafine Onyx Black InkRanger Clear Superfine EPTombow Markers (055, 555, 847, Blender Pen)Yellow Stickles (center of red flowers)White Sentiment–Versamark Ink & Rangers Seafoam White EPI keep wanting to do just a little bit more to the yellow card. I might go back and add a darker, duller yellow to the centers of all the flowers.I tried to get some variation of color by using the Tombow Marker Blender Pen on the red and blue cards.TFL.DariaETA: I made another card, #4, adding the centers to the white flowers. I used Tombow Markers 055 and 993. I like it better than the first yellow one, but I still like the blue one best. The yellows here look almost green. In real life, they are much warmer, and the centers of the flowers on the last card match the color of the card perfectly. djc ETA: OK. I changed the first card; the new version is #5. I added a light yellow (062) to the centers of the white flowers. I didn't get the contrast I was looking for because the two yellows were too similar so I used an extremely light beige (990) to tone down the yellow centers. I like that better. It's still yellow, but not as bright. djc
