This card is for Stampwilly's challenge for Hangover Week–use a technique found on cards posted to her WSW11 Water World Challenge.
Stampwilly used masking and sprays to create the beautiful background on her sample card. http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/249470-stampwilly/1741172-water-world/ [twopeasinabucket.com] That's one of my favorite techniques and I used it on the background of this card.
Also, Crafty Doll used color pencils to color in the cute image on her card, Changito in the Rain. http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/433893-craftydolls/1743371-wsw11-water-world-changito-dancin-in-the-rain/ [twopeasinabucket.com] I've been wanting to practice more with color pencils, and this was just the little push I needed.
Thank you both for the inspiration.

While I colored in my image, I looked at one that Nora had painted with watercolors. It helped me to see what was what, and gave me courage. I'm very happy with the results, and I look forward to using color pencils more often.
Stampwilly, thank you for offering this extra challenge. I enjoyed making this card, and I still have one more to post.
