Avery Shipping Labels, 4 3/4“x 2 3/8”Distress Inks –Bundled Sage, Forest Moss, Pine NeedlesTim Holtz Blending Tool used to apply inkI shook a wet brush over the inked tags and dried them with a heat tool.Magenta stampDirect to Rubber with Distress Inks –Wild Honey, Forest MossI tried several techniques with the flowers (spritzed the image after stamping, spritzed the rubber before stamping, heat embossed with Distress EP). All of those looked very much the same. Finally, I heat embossed with Ranger's Superfine Clear EP, and that's what I used on these tags. I embossed twice, adding EP to the hot image immediately after the first embossing. I didn't even wait to turn off the heat tool, just pointed it in a different direction.I liked this image so much I made a card with them. The card is 5 1/8“ x 3 15/16” The ivory cs is Stampin' Up, and the rest is Bazzill.The other tags I tried:Distress Inks – Pine Needle, Bundled Sage, Forest MossFaux Watercolor – Ink swiped on craft mat, spritzed with water; tag pressed into inkI accidentally used a spritzer that still had white Perfect Pearls in in even though I had emptied it out. I thought it was plain water. Anyway, these have a sheen to them.Distress Inks – Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge, Walnut StainWater Splotching – Inks applied with Tim Holtz Blending Tool, and flicked with water from a wet brushJan, thank you so much for this challenge.
