I made the background according to the Masterboard directions, pages 74-76 in the Spring 2006 issue of Take Ten. Basically, you just brayer different colors (or just use the ink pad) on the cs. After it dries, you paint over it with white gesso.

The main image is from the Curtis Collection. The floral image (unknown) was stamped on shrink plastic. I used Antiquities which does not dry on shrink plastic, but I wanted that color so I tried it out and cut out the image very carefully (I only smeared a couple of them). Then when I used the heat tool to shrink the plastic, the ink dried. I think I should get more colors of Staz-on. LOL. TFL. Daria

Note: The dark black that shows up in the scan is hardly noticeable on the real card. I was surprised to see it so vivid here. I did use a black marker to even out the darkness at the bottom of the cards.
