The background is acetate. I scanned and printed a picture I've used for years as a flash card at school to teach the color brown in my Spanish classes. I downloaded the golden ticket from the internet and printed it on acetate and put the acetate on a shimmery gold heavy paper. The images of Willie Wonka and the factory/gate also came from the internet. They're from the book, not the film. They were printed on vellum. I tried different ways to attach the acetate images and background and the vellum images; what worked was running them through the Xyron. The acetate didn't scan well when I scanned more than one card together. The reddish cast you see isn't there, and the images aren't distorted. The fourth picture is my homemade flashcard. At first I scanned that and reduced the size to fit an ATC. It lost all of it's definition so I used parts of the full-sized picture. TFL Daria
