Here are the results of my smooshing. I still have to make a card using one of them, but I wanted to share my experiences and these background sheets now.I used a page protector instead of plastic wrap. It was easy to run it under the faucet between colors and dry it with a paper towel. I'll just save it for another session later.I needed to use more water than called for. I just sprayed three times at first, and it was almost impossible to smoosh the ink and to move the cardstock around. The cs just clung to the inked plastic film. After a couple of sheets, I was spritzing 8 to 10 times with a very fine mist. I spritzed above the page and let it settle as suggested in the directions. It was a bit easier to spread the ink, but still hard to move the cs around. When I did move it, the colors blended too much because the paper was so stuck to the film. For the last sheet (the blue), I used wax paper instead of plastic film hoping it would be easier to move the paper, but it wasn't. I also thought the color would be lighter since Jillian said that the waxed paper would absorb some of the ink. It's only slightly lighter, and I think that is more beacause I resprayed the plastic with water and put the finished sheet back in and smooshed some more. That made the silver show up better.I ended up using both sides of the plastic in order to coat my entire sheet so I know I must be doing something wrong. I did get two sheets off the green one. After I had done the first one, I added some yellow ink, spritzed, and smooshed again. BTW, that green is much darker than it looks here. I'm going to have to practice with this. Maybe I should have cut the sheets into quarters and used smaller pieces the way I did when I made polished stone. In any event, I'm glad I did this, and I do like the papers. You'll notice I've already cut some of the brown one out. LOL.Thank you, Jillian, for the challenge. I'll be doing this some more. It was fun. Daria
