Matting is a piece of my repetitive stamping for the Martha's Do It Again and Again! Challenge. Pictures 2 and 3 show the sheets that I made, and Picture 4 shows the grid that I made. I used the grid and cs on a light box to stamp the sheets. The small stamps are PSX Teeny Weeny Flowers. They are rubber mounted on small foam blocks. I've never used them before, and I kept getting my fingers on the stamp pad. Also they aren't trimmed so I kept getting excess ink that I didn't want on the cs. I got better at it after a while. The larger flowers are Hero Arts–much easier to stamp. All flowers were stamped with Color Box Fluid Chalk Inks (Warm Violet, Lavender, Blue Iris, Pink Pastel). The colors were inspired by the 3rd picture in the Color Inspiration Challenge.

The embellishments are shrink plastic. I made them quite a while ago, but they didn't lie flat. Now I know that they can be reheated and fixed. Did you know that? I reheated them and while they were still hot, I pressed the back of a stamp on them to flatten them.

I edged the matting with Warm Violet ink. I wish I had used black ink to match the black border around the image. I always think of those things too late. I'd get out the UnDu again, but I'm not sure how the chalk inks will react. I'll check out a small piece that's left over.

Thank you, Martha and Sue for the challenges. I had fun with this one. Daria
