I had the fun, unique opportunity to be on a show called Trends With Benefits on TBS. Love that scrapbooking is getting more mainstream exposure. I didn't take too many behind the scenes photos, but am glad I got a few in. The segment aired on 5.12.12 and can also be seen here: http://www.tbs.com/shows/trendswithbenefits/video/video-detail/hipster-scrapbooking [tbs.com]At first I was just building the page on the Studio Calico wood background, but then decided to trim it and mount on the green paper. By using muted patterned papers alongside brighter options, the page feels more balanced. The layout is colorful and bright and kind of matches the make up artist's hair.
