This is for my stash challenge group, this month we had to scraplift Jackie Bonette. Really love all her stuff, but I ended up lifting the older layout at right. A little different take on it since I scrap 12x12 and my large photo needed to go vertically. But I love how this one came out! Journaling reads: “Brian may be far from perfect, but there are times when his thoughtfulness toward Brandon just blows me away. He is always thinking about his big brother. A couple of recent and very typical examples: Brad had to take Brian with him to a work meeting that was held during the day. Afterward, as they went through the kitchen, someone offered Brian a cookie. He asked Brad if he could please have two cookies: ”One for me, and one for my brother.“ And, just a few nights ago, Mallory came over at dusk and asked Brandon if he wanted to race skateboards with Robert and Kyle. Brian wanted to go too, but Brandon told him that the races were for big kids only. He was disappointed, but insisted on watching the races from the front porch so that he could cheer Brandon on. And that’s just what he did. From inside, I could hear ”Yeah! Go Brandon! You can do it!“ My little guy is one amazing little brother.” Cardstock is Bazzill, patterned paper is American Crafts, metal bookplate is Jo-Ann's, mini brads and rub ons are MM, and font is Bernhard Modern BT.
