I just bought all this new ribbon that I LOVED andI wanted to use as much of it as possible. This layout reminds me of that famous japanese (?) painting of the ocean wave. I first took the ribbon a glued it to a blue piece of cardstock, then I cut out the wave shape and glued it onto my background cardstock. I am really happy with the way it came out.
