My first attempt at this! I used mostly CBX and some RP pps. The rub-ons are from BG. Quick tip – if you want the lid to close sand underneath lightly with fine grit sandpaper and then use a SHARPIE pen (in a color that coordinates with your paper) under the lid. This way you can close and open it with no problems.
