I didn't have all the colors I needed in markers so, I used my Stampin Up Spots (tiny inks) and my new watercolor paint brush/pen (you fill it with water). I used one colored pencil for the flesh tone and white Gelly Roll for bandages and other white areas. I also used a red fine tipped marker on the bandaid canister.
The border punch is from EK Success.
