trying AGAIN..to upload this layout..lol. This was in the Feb CK I think..journaling reads:Sometimes being the only girl in a house of boys can be rough. Plain and Simple. Rough. You are not into Legos as much as they want you to be, you run from all the cool bugs, and you scream too loud, and too much. I overheard a heartbreaking conversation a few mornings ago, that summed it all up. You had barged in on a Lego session and apparently weren’t following Lego law, and were quickly escorted out of the play area by one of your brothers. I heard them tell you to stay out of their room and they shut the door. I waited to see what you would do. Would you throw a fit? Would you run to tattle? To my surprise you were silent, and then I heard you plead with them. “But guys! I love you, you are my family. Please let me play! I need you to play with me, I miss you already! Guys, aren’t we family anymore? I love you…Now, I am not sure where you picked up the whole family line, and it made me chuckle how dramatic you were at that moment, but the words spoke to me. We ARE family. Sometimes we fight, sometimes we get on each other’s nerves, but we love on each other nonetheless. You will have your fair share of conflict with each other today and down the road, but learning to deal with each other will make you closer. Trust me on this one. On this day the door stayed closed and there was no Lego madness for you, but I did catch your brothers sneaking a squeeze on you later on that morning. Yes Brenna, they love you too.Thanks for looking! :) miley
