Experiments and ideas are running through your head. Building with Legos, erector sets, cardboard, paper. Your pocket knife is always carving wood. Grand ideas for new carvings or just making another pointy stick. Reading Calvin and Hobbes for the billionth time or the latest 39 Clues book. Your new found interest in music: Michael Jackson, Weird Al, Star Wars. Having to know the lyrics exactly so you look them up on the internet. Playing logic games on the computer or the occasional destruction game as well. Questions, the constant questions, the endless questions because you want to know about everything. You get that from your father. Upset when school starts again only because it takes time out from all your plans for the day. Up early and reluctantly going to bed later. There is too much to do in the day and not enough time to get it all done. You have your friends but can spend the day alone as well. You do what is asked of you but the sarcasm shows occasionally. You get that from your mother. A wonderful patient older brother who plays Nerf battles, Pokemon games, and Legos with Alex. You are an individualist. You are curious. You are so smart. You are ten.
