Patiently playing an entire Pokemon game with Calvin and not getting upset when you lose. Playing by yourself when necessary by building hidden forts, climbing trees, or reading quietly. Cleaning your room, or the yard, or doing your chores when asked (well most of the time). Taking showers, walking to school, doing homework, making toast. Making it across the monkey bars. Climbing on top of the monkey bars. Giving me hugs every morning, every afternoon, every evening. Saying “thank you� on your own. Still sucking your thumb occasionally when you are tired or bored. Showing off your splits and backbends and almost flips. Asking questions about plants. Telling silly jokes.
