Playground of my Mind - PeaCircles Circle Journal entry

This is for Cheryl's journal. Her theme is Playground of my Mind. My journaling reads, “In my mind, I’ve always envisioned myself as a world traveler. I have always pictured myself in exotic places, eating all kinds of strange, but lovely food, seeing the wonders of the world. I still visit that mental playground quite often, but I must say that since I met my boyfriend 4 years ago, my vision is finally becoming a reality. He loves to travel and he loves wine, so we have combined those two passions and have gone on many adventures in search of fine wine. At first we stayed close to home, visiting the local wineries, stashing our cases of wine in the trunk of the car. Then we branched out and went on trips to California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Louisiana, the New England states. We did not always find wineries in all of these places, but we made sure to order some great ones with dinner! Then, last year we took the most exciting trip so far. Neither one of us had ever been to Europe; neither one of us even had passports! After completing the paperwork for the passports, we started planning a trip to France. It was the trip of a lifetime for both of us. We just could not get enough of the food, the wine, the fine art, the lovely people, the countryside. All of it was simply amazing! Next on our list of possible destinations is Spain and Italy. Years ago I could not even imagine that the world could truly be my playground, and now I am well on my way! How wonderful it is to have a dream, and how much more wonderful it is when it becomes a reality! I am lucky enough to have been able to travel and experience the world around me with someone who shares my love for adventure!”. Wine glass stickers by Stickapotamus, grapes cluster on top left first page is Jolees by You, charms by The Card Connection, the vellum grape clusters I cut out from Laura Ashley's pp, the strip down the left side on pg 1 is also LA pp. The second page consists of my travel layouts…I resized them and printed them out on photo paper.
