This is my entry for the Scrapvivor Week #3 challenge. We had to use as much bling as possible. I immediately thought of my favorite famous artwork! I altered the photo in Photoshop CS and cut strips from vellum and paper. The dark paper is cs with metallic spray on it. Hard to see in this exposure.

I cut cardstock into the moon and circles and embellished with rhinestones and glitter! Very sparkly! Love the song, "Vincent" too so I used the lyrics as journaling.
