Journaling:
Webster defines the word “ingenuity” as “the quality or power of ready invention, quickness or acuteness in forming new combinations, curiousness, cleverness, openness of heart, the power of creative imagination”…I wonder why Webster didn’t just use a picture of Julian for further illustration.

In early September, Joal and I decided it was time to part company with an old television table that we’ve had forever. It was rickety and damaged and long ago seen better days. Joal disassembled it and put the pieces into the garbage. Before the trash service could take it all away though, Julian rescued the bottom piece-the part with the wheels- from the garbage. “But I neeeed this!” he declared loudly, when I tried to return it to the trash heap. He has played with it for weeks! What was once a piece of trash has since been used as a surf board, a mechanic’s slide, a skate board, a sled, a boat and a book and toy box hauler! Could there ever be a more fitting and accurate picture of ingenuity that this? I just don’t think so!

Cardstoc is Bazzill
Brads are All My Memories
Font for title is “Stamp Act”
Font for journaling is “Sylfaen”

Thanks for looking!
—Sarah
