This is for my Book of Us.. our 3rd anniversary is on December 7th, so I titled this "three years". I wrote 1095 days, 26280 hours, 1576800 minutes, 94608000 seconds around the title in silver and white. I did this for the Designer Diaries Inspiration 1 ... the topic being "time".

I used:
grey cardstock, 3 types of DCWV pp, fingerprint patterned vellum, cardboard, acrylic paint, ribbon, embroidery floss, red brad, black brad, silver brad, heart stickers, dove button, 3 black buttons, red paper clip, red heart stickers, Mrs. Grossman's letter stickers, white photo corners.
I doodled around the word "Love", I used a spirograph for some minimal patterns on the left side of the photo, and the roman numerals were hand drawn on as well.
