This month the Garden Theme is Color Combinations- so I thought I would give this well known combo a whirl on a non-christmas layout. Red and Green are opposite from each other on the color wheel, which like yellow/purple and blue/orange, is one of the complimentary color sets. I liked the way this combo pulled out some of the colors from the photo- there isn't much Red or Green, but just enough to coordinate with the papers and embellishments. This picture is of some of my friends from the Amuse Artstamps Design Team who were in Seattle recently- we got to spend the day together shopping and hanging out in the city. It was such a fun day, the girl time was much needed and I miss them already!
