My friend plays in the Livingston NJ Symphony Orchestra (that's her on the bottom left, playing the French Horn), and she invited us to the season finale last weekend. During the intermission I went up to the balcony where the photographers were set up, to see if they wouldn't mind if I took some pictures from up there, since it was impossible to see Heidi from my seat. The head photographer asked me if I would like to go backstage! Would I ever! So, he took me backstage, where I spent the rest of the concert in the wings (in about a one foot square area) taking pictures with my telephoto lens. It was awesome! Of course, I didn't have a tripod, and couldn't use my flash, so I did my best to hold the camera still and quiet while I snapped away.Everything by me.
