First I cut the transparency in half, hole punched down the side, and tied the transparency and cardstock together, then adhered onto darker blue cardstock. The black cardstock was trimmed down and mounted on white 12x12 with paper tearing on the darker blue cardstock. The second half of the transparency was trimed, hole punched and tied onto cardstock with photo double mounted and adhered plus I tried transparency tearing along the bottom.
