Here are pics of how I was able to create vinyl wall words for my house. The vinyl is Oracal 631 Exhibition Vinyl, which I purchased at signwarehouse.com. It comes in big rolls which I cut down. It also shows the adhesive tape. The tape keeps things nice and straight. Explanation of pics.Pic 1-The cricut with the vinyl.Pic 2-I cut the vinyl so that I have each individual word. This makes it easier for me to adhere them. Then I pull off the negative part of the vinyl.Pic 3-A pic of the adhesive tape.Pic 4-Another pic of it on the top of the word. I rub the word with a popsicle stick on the front and back. This makes sure it adheres to the tape.Pic 5-A pic of how you peel off the backing. The non-sticky side of the letters stick to the tape. It is very mild. Pic 6-A pic of the tape and word sticking to the wall. I rub it again to make sure it sticks to the wall.Pic 7-Pulling back a piece the tape. This part you want to do slowly just to make sure it sticks to the wall.Pic 8-The finished product in my kids' bathroom. It was done with Doodletype.Pic 9-Another one I did above my bed with my Silhouette. Hope that helps those that emailed me.
