My new scrap space. This was built by my hubby and my dad. It used to be my dining room. They built two walls and closed in the area to give me a room that is about 9 by 9. Pic #1 The view as you walk in the door. #2 The opposite wall with part of my L-shaped desk. The desk is just 2 sheets of melamine attached to Q-bits from target. The entire desk was under $150. #3The entrance and my paper storage. The door is a bi-fold, and my hubby painted out the two rectangles with chalkboard paint and then he framed it in with trim. #4 My main workspace. The scraprack is within reach, and is wonderful for keeping things organized. #5 Another view of desk. The magazine holders are also within reach. They are from Pottery Barn kids.#6 The other side of the desk. The little hutch is also from PB kids. #7 My file cabinet. It is by display dynamics. I have the file folders in it, and the cropper hopper vertical storage. #8 Shelf for smaller idea books and my KI embellishments. I also have quote stickers, quote stacks, and poems in the little box. #9 These little albums are the bitty albums by provo craft from a long time ago. They fit the KI blocks, etc. perfectly. #10 A view of the Qbits, bins and sizzix stuff. The little file cabinet is from Target, and rolls out and around the room. #11 View of scraprack and box for portrait envelopes and my kids' artwork. #12 PB kids modular storage and bins. I got these a long time ago on clearance for cheap. The bins hold my MM paints and other goodies. #13 View of paints. #14 Tackle boxes that hold MM stamps, by letter, and ribbon. Thanks for looking!
