I put my scrap ribbons onto my pegboard for this photo but that's not where it normally is. It hangs from that chain.
I made it after seeing something similar here that was commercially made. I fold a strip of cardstock in half. Punched holes, made slits between the holes with a razor knife. Simple and cheap. :)
