This is the card I'll be exchanging in my Paisley Card swap on PCMB. I used skirt and bodice stamps by Art Impressions. I stamped on the back of the Chatterbox paper, and then cut it out. The stamp gives you a guide where you fold for the pleats on the skirt. Then, I just added a belt and prima flower to finish off the “look.” Sentiment is by Stampin' Up. TFL!
