This is a fun little birthday card I made for a young person who LOVES basketball. I used a pre-punched “basketball” tag. Layered it; stamped it with “make a wish”; added eyelet and paper fibers. Background are circles stamped with chalk ink and a layer of vellum added. Tag is on mounting squares for 3D effect.
