It was hard deciding which stamp to use since I had just bought so many. This is another from Oxford Impressions La Bella Vita collection. The card was done using Hero Arts Italian Poetry stamp with Archival Ink in Sepia. Then I mounted some paper that was colored with Walnut Ink and stamped with Venus. I then took a piece of mica and layered it on top securing it with antique copper eyelets. Added a copper skeleton leaf and some ruffled lace to the bottom. (Hard to tell it's ruffled with the flat scan!) On the inside, I added a doily colored with Van Dyke brown and Hello…stamped with Wordsworth stamps in Sepia.Second is a triomino using Venus with black Staz On. I colored her with Studio 2 pens and Adirondacks. Edges done with Krylon gold. Haven't decided what to make her so she is in an unfinished state right now.Third is Venus stamped on cardstock, then colored with pencils. Layered with Scrappy tape and microbeads. I glued her onto a tag covered in Springroll. I also added seaglass and a piece of shell to remind of the original painting where she is being born out of a shell. Blue pebble and wire at top to hopefully balance it out. I didn't have any fibers to match so she is unfinished as well. I guess that is what I get for waiting until the last minute. Thanks for looking!
