This one I made for my sister. Her birthday is in October. She like flashy and bling!

What I used:

CS: Soft pink, and pink. Blue scrap is from "My Minds Eye". I also used Doodlebug Design's dual sided CS (#980) Soft Limeade/Soft Grasshopper.
PP: Multi-lined scrap I picked up at my LSS (mfr not known)
Gems: BOP green and blue gems in two sizes (alternating color pattern)
Adhesive: Glue Dots mini and Thermoweb Mounting Tabs
Rub On: "Celebrate" (unknown source, packaging discarded)
