This is for Amy's September Scraps challenge,
The monograms were handmade by myself from a cereal packet and covered in Basic Grey Scraps
Hidden journalling reads:
On Suday 13th August 2006 Amy was enjoying guide camp at Cherry Garth in Cleethorpes, when she slipped falling awkwardly onto her left hand. When the swelling refused to go down Kim took Amy to A&E. Her hand was X-Rayed and bandaged and she was told to return in a couple of days to have it checked further. On her return they discovered a green-stick fracture at the base of her thumb and she was fitted with a cast, she surprised me when she picked the blue one, but, as it was guides colours, she earned extra team points on her return to camp!!! She never complained once and was as good as gold. That afternoon she rejoined the guides at Pleasure Island and braved all the rides. When she came home, she asked me to draw a bunny on the cast, that was the only thing to get drawn on there!!!The cast was removed on 5th September and Amy did not want to keep it, she just wanted rid of it.
