0I saw this background technique on SCS ( by Calley, link is in my post)and really loved it. So, Background and teddy bear stamps are SU, Circle stamps are CTMH, they say little one, baby and small from top to bottom. Ink-SU, Ribbon from WM and generic cardstock. TFL!
