Hi everyone! Melissa here with a 12x12 layout using Gina's Lasercut Chipboard.

I took one of Gina's chipboard oval frames, and used part of it. I thought the swirls and curves suited the quiet mood of the photo. This is a cousin of mine in Sweden, with his girlfriend.

I painted it with gesso, then Viva Colour Precious Metal Effect Paint. I blended the edges of turquoise and mother of pearl colors together. When that dried, I put a layer of green watercolor on top. I coated that with Diamond Glaze. I went over the edges with black acrylic paint.

Who doesn't like butterflies? I painted this beautiful chipboard with gesso, then texture paste. I then painted it with turquoise metal color, followed by a layer of green watercolor. I rubbed on some bronze lumiere paint to pick up the texture. I put a little perfect pearls on top.

The little silver corset on the right is Marvy Decocolor silver ink over gesso. I used a needle and black thread to lace it.

The following items are from my scrappy friends here: 48SixTime gave me the beautiful paper underneath the top page. Its 7 Dots Studio, 9th Wave, Stormy Sea. The tiny turquoise bling at the lower right is part of a larger piece, it's from Abbygirl. There are a few iridescent sequins scattered in the area from her .Also from her is the big rectangular bling under the swirl chipboard. To the left of Abbygirl's is another small piece of bling from a larger one. It's from Quick Silver. Underneath the photo is a little silver piece from Lynnne J. It was gold, and I added some green bling. To the left of that is a piece of white lace from SheilaMarie, and a piece of grey lace from Eapipkin. To the left under the photo is a pink crystal bead from a necklace my sis gave me. At the bottom right corner is a little green shiny oval from Cindy JK. Thank you so much ladies!

I'm going to put more photos and how I did parts of the page , on my blog ,right now.
