Hand cut double matted vellum tag with fiber trim. The title and champagne glasses are computer generated and the champagne bottle is a Stickypix embossed sticker with a brad for extra effect. I punched different textures of paper to create the "fireworks" and the chunky horn blowers are from Jolee's. I also used a special glitter mixed with adhesive to create the "bubbly" effect in the champagne glasses.
